Bumpstart Order Terms

Deposits & Special Orders

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order.

• Once a special order has been placed (an item ordered in specifically for you), the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a significant change in personal or family circumstances, a refund may be offered at Bumpstart’s discretion.

• For a change of mind, a store credit may be offered instead.

• The remaining balance is due before collection or delivery.

Lead Times

• Lead times vary by brand and product and will be advised once your 50% deposit is received. 

• All lead times are provided as estimates by our suppliers and may occasionally change due to production or shipping delays.

Storage

• Complimentary storage is offered at Bumpstart Baby Shop's discretion and is subject to availability 

• Collection must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  

Loan Service

• A Loan Service may be available at Bumpstart’s discretion and is subject to availability.

• Loan products have separate Terms & Conditions, which must be signed before issue.

Prices & Promotions

• Prices are confirmed at the time your order is placed.

• Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. (Please see separate terms for gift receipts)

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as mattresses, hygiene accessories, and custom-made items) may be excluded from return unless faulty.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment card once the product has been inspected. We are unable to provide cash refunds.

Gift Receipts / Gifted Items 

• With a gift receipt, items can be returned within 28 days for an exchange or store credit only.
• No cash or card refunds are available with gift receipts.
• Store credit is issued onto a Bumpstart digital voucher and is valid for 12 months.

Faults & Warranties

• Faults are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or Bumpstart's return policy
