Our relationship doesn’t end at the checkout. If you experience any issues with your purchase — especially with pushchairs — we’re committed to sorting it quickly and with care.

We offer loan pushchairs while we carry out any necessary repairs (subject to availabilty and t&cs).
Some minor repairs can be done on the spot.
If we need to liaise with the manufacturer, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
