We really care about you and your baby and we want you to make the right choices, which is why we spend so much time researching and getting to know our products. We also want our customers to stay happy. Should you have a problem with anything you purchase from us, you are very welcome to e-mail us at any time on baby@bumpstartbabyshop.co.uk. Likewise, we also know that e-mail can be a bit impersonal, therefore you are welcome to contact us by phone or in person.

We really try to go one step further with our customer after-sales service. Should you have a problem with your pushchair, then we will give you a loan, whilst we sort the problem out. We can do some repairs whilst you wait.

We try to offer good and sensible advice including trying pushchairs in your car(s) before you buy and also fitting /checking that your child’s car seat is compatible with your make of car.
