Shipping policy
Order Processing & Despatch
We aim to process and despatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible. Orders for items shown as in stock are usually despatched within seven (7) working days. Please note that working days exclude Mondays, weekends, and UK public holidays, as we are closed on Mondays and no orders are despatched on that day.
Once despatched, orders are delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. Delivery times are typically up to 72 hours from despatch, however delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD on a 3–5 working day Tracked / Recorded / Signed For service

We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses

For security reasons, we only deliver to the billing address used at checkout
Missed Delivery
If you're not home, a calling card will be left. Please follow the instructions provided.
If the parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.
Lead Times & Out-of-Stock Items
Some products, particularly larger items such as prams, furniture, and nursery equipment, are supplied by our manufacturers or distributors and are subject to lead times.
Where an item is not held in stock, any lead time provided is an estimate only and is based on information supplied to us by the manufacturer or supplier. Typical lead times for larger items are approximately 4–6 weeks, but these may vary due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing delays, shipping issues, or supplier availability.
If an item is out of stock or subject to a longer lead time, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to provide an updated estimated timescale.
Delays & Consumer Rights
While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, you have the right to:

Agree to a revised delivery date, or

Cancel the order for a full refund of any amounts paid for the undelivered goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Part Orders
We do not normally despatch part orders. Orders will usually be despatched once all items are available.
In some cases, where an item is on an extended lead time, we may contact you to discuss options, which may include:

Waiting for all items to be available before despatch, or
-
Cancelling the delayed item for a refund.
