We accept major credit/debit cards (excluding AMEX) and PayPal online.

Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 7 working days (excluding Mondays, when we are closed).
Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD
Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days
Large items (e.g. prams/furniture): Please allow 4–6 weeks, a team member will be in touch to quote dates on pre-order items
Delivery Charges

£4.95 flat rate for orders under £75

Free delivery on orders over £75 (excludes furniture)

Furniture may carry additional delivery costs, detailed on product pages

UK Mainland only — we do not currently deliver overseas
Important Delivery Notes

Deliveries must be signed for. Damaged packaging? Note it with the courier and email us immediately.

Missed a delivery? A calling card will be left with instructions.

Undelivered parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery charge.

For security, we currently only ship to billing addresses. Contact us if this is a problem.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it.
Returns must be:

Unused and in original packaging

Returned with your name, order number, and reason for return
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please note:

We cannot accept returns for special order items (e.g. made-to-measure mattresses, nappies, pre-cut fabrics)

Delivery fees for small orders are non-refundable

Furniture returns must meet access requirements — re-delivery fees may apply if access is restricted
Warranty & Faulty Goods
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Faults within 28 days: Exchange

Faults after 28 days: Repair or replace (at manufacturer’s discretion)

You must provide proof of purchase for any claim

If the item is found to be faulty, return shipping costs will be refunded
Accidental damage? We’re happy to help with repairs if possible, but repair costs will apply.
