We want you to shop with confidence at Bumpstart, knowing you’re getting the best value as well as our trusted advice and aftercare. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, just let us know, we’ll happily consider matching the price.
How ‘Price Match’ Works
We always aim to offer great value and are happy to consider a price match if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere (subject to the terms and conditions below). Just chat to us in-store or get in touch before you buy, and we’ll do our best to help.
Price Match Terms & Conditions
At Bumpstart, our price match policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:
- The product must be exactly the same — including brand, model, colour, and specifications.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
- The comparison must include all costs, such as delivery or additional fees.
- The lower price must be current and available at the time of your request.
- We can only consider prices from authorised UK retailers who sell directly to the public.
- You’ll need to provide proof of the lower price, such as a live link or screenshot showing the product and price.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase when a price match is applied.
- Free storage, payment plans, or additional discounts/offers are not available with price-matched items.
- We’re unable to match clearance events, or prices from online marketplaces (such as eBay).
- Price matches are offered at our discretion and can’t be applied retrospectively.
Our standard after-sales care and fitting support still apply — so you can shop with confidence knowing you’re getting Bumpstart service at the best possible value.
